HUNTER MUSEUM SUMMER CAMP

Taught by local artists and museum professionals, Hunter Art Camps are weeklong, full-day programs designed to immerse campers in hands-on art experiences tailored to their unique learning style. Campers will spend time every day in the museum galleries, art studios, and outdoors, while learning the methods, materials, and inspirations needed to foster the artist within them.

Projects include printmaking, weaving, embroidery, clay sculpture, mixed media, photographic processes, and more. Play time features water activities, field day games, Art Olympics, creative movement, and puzzles. We also provide quiet spaces for reading and independent play as needed.
